A flat monthly fee. Online or in person. Meeting times agreed together.
Group supervision is the primary format. Group and individual arrangements, frequency, and included services are documented in your plan.
A collaborative approach
Prepared for practice.
Supported in growth.
Developing as a counselor takes more than accumulating hours. It takes a space to ask questions, connect theory with practice, and receive thoughtful feedback.
My approach is collaborative, educational, and evaluative. Together, we strengthen clinical judgment, build ethical habits, and develop the confidence to approach your work with greater clarity.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and am a Louisiana LPC-S. My experience includes substance use treatment, trauma-informed care, teletherapy, and IOP/PHP group facilitation.
Your supervision space
Learn together. Develop individually.
Primary format / Group supervision
A shared space for clinical growth
Bring questions, explore case formulations, rehearse skills, and learn alongside other developing counselors. Expect respectful discussion, constructive feedback, and attention to your own learning goals.
Individual supervision
Focused support for your development
We review individual hours already completed and agree on how remaining individual supervision will be obtained, including the provider, schedule, and services covered by your monthly arrangement.
Louisiana defines group supervision as 2–10 PLPCs. At least 50 of the required 100 supervision hours must be individual. Group participation does not replace this requirement.
Choose how we meet
Two ways to connect. The same monthly fee.
Online
Secure, real-time video and audio. Participate from a private setting, with agreed procedures for connection problems.
In person
Meet in a private professional setting at a mutually agreed location.
Meeting times, frequency, duration, and included services are established together and documented in your supervision agreement and plan.

A few things to know
Clear expectations from the start
What should I bring to supervision?
Bring clinical questions, relevant case material shared securely, accurate experience logs, and updates on agreed action items. Openness to reflection and feedback is part of the learning process.
How is confidentiality handled in a group?
Members must protect peer and clinical information and share only necessary, de-identified case details. Recording, screenshots, and distribution of group materials require authorization. Peer confidentiality cannot be guaranteed; concerns should be raised promptly with the supervisor.
Does signing an agreement guarantee that my hours will count?
No. Your credential, supervision relationship, practice setting, actual attendance, and experience must meet applicable board requirements. Payment and participation do not guarantee endorsement or licensure approval.
Is clinical supervision the same as administrative supervision?
Clinical supervision supports professional learning and evaluation. Workplace administrative supervision remains a separate responsibility unless otherwise formally arranged.
